This was the best cleaning service we ever had for our place! The flat was a complete mess and needed a huge amount of work, with the presence of big amounts of cat hair, dust, dirt, grime etc. The LFC team went above and beyond to have everything done within the initially estimated time and quote and it was worth every penny. Although they arrived a bit later than agreed on due to traffic conditions, this was communicated and they did not subtract the delay from the work time. They also navigated in a very organized and professional way the cluttered rooms and narrow spaces. We had been worried about too many things being in their way but not only did they get everything spotless, they also managed to move a lot of the furniture and belongings around for a thorough clean then return everything to the initial spot without any issues. When in doubt, we were asked what to do with anything that was in the way. The team was friendly and professional and we definitely felt reassured about the ongoing process when seeing the attention to detail and care they put into everything, no matter how small. The tour of the rooms at the end was amazing, the flat was absolutely transformed and Charlotte pointed out all relevant details about what had been done.
The communication was excellent from start to end, Charlotte was extremely helpful and detailed in discussing and organizing this so we would get the necessary services within our budget. Our emails go back to November as I was trying to organize this while still being abroad and we were in touch after completion of the job also, to sort out a mix-up with one of the trash bags that was not actually trash. Charlotte was supportive and extremely responsive throughout the entire process.
We can tell from our entire exchange and experience that the entire team is extremely dedicated to their work, and we were beyond impressed with the process as a whole. We highly recommend LFC and we are so happy and grateful for the love and new life they gave to our flat!
